Who doesn’t love a bite-sized Triumph for ripping around the city?! When Triumph announced (years ago) that they might enter the single-cylinder small displacement city-bike/first-bike/great-additional-to-your-collection-bike-/do-everything-fun-you-ever-imagined-on-two-wheels-bike I remember the excitement I felt like it was yesterday. And they teased the idea for years, and when it finally launched last year, it is everything and more you could hope for. Light and nimble, well balanced with low-slung weight, but not “tiny” - fine for somebody 6’ and up, and equally so for those with shorter inseams - the narrow seat makes it easy to reach the ground confidently. The engine is peppy, with nice usable torque. The bars are broad and wide, and the 17” wheels make this handle like a supermoto that you won’t look out of place at the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride on.
